The Senior Stockbox program is a supplemental food program for low-income seniors – anyone over the age of 60 within the income requirement is eligible to receive these free stockboxes of food. Each box contains between 25-30lbs of non-perishable foods and cheese. To receive a free stockbox, qualifying seniors must pre-register by calling United Way’s 2-1-1 (211) or filling out the online form located here.

The program is a partnership with the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Central Wisconsin (ADRC), South Wood County Emerging Pantry Shelf (SWEPS), Extension Wood County, United Way of South Wood and Adams Counties Hunger Coalition, and the Hunger Task Force.
