AWARD APPLICATIONS
Applications must be handed in to your General Leader for signatures and then turned into the Extension Wood County office. Due dates are the date that the materials are due to the Extension Office.
Achievement, Leadership, Public Speaking & Demonstration Award Application: due October 27, 2026
Key Award: due October 15, 2026
Project Award Application (without portfolio): due October 27, 2026
Project Award Application (if submitting with portfolio): due October 27, 2026
Volunteer of the Year: Nominate a great 4-H leader in Wood County; due October 27, 2026
Friend of 4-H: Nominate an individual or organization who has provided significant service to or support of the 4-H program; due October 27, 2026.
Pioneer Award: Nominate a current or former volunteer who has made meaningful impacts on the Wood County 4-H program; due October 27, 2026.

CLOVERBUD SCRAPBOOK
The Cloverbud Scrapbook is available from your club’s General Leader, from the Extension Wood County office, or it can be printed at home by clicking this link. This is a way for Cloverbuds to remember all of the great things they did throughout the 4-H year.
Every Cloverbud that completes their scrapbook and turns it in to their General Leader or the Extension Wood County office before the deadline will receive special recognition at the awards program.
